   I am a Canadian who recently bought a home in Playa del Carmen. I am really struggling with Telmex and aguakan. We have water service which is still in the builders name, and telmex internet which I can pay the monthly bills for, but have no access to the mitelmex account.
   I believe the issue there is that I cannot receive a sign in code by phone.
   I have Whatsapp on my phone but it is useless for telmex customer service numbers and the chats are useless becuse they cannot help me, they refer me to the 800 numbers that dont work from canada.
   As we are in Canada most of the time, and we do not speak spanish, we find it impossible to communicate with call centres and even email addresses for these companies. If there were operators or agents who could speak english, it would help.

     Having the same problem as you. We are also from Canada and nothing seems to work to pay Aguakan bill from outside Mexico. We also bought in Playa del Carmen.

         Yes, I pay online, but unfortunately not using a US credit card. I was paying using my Cuenca account, but now I have a Mexican credit card that I can use.

           Thank you – I have been trying to pay using US cc and no luck. I don’t have Mexican credit card. I am in state, is there any other way to make that payment from US

   Make payment on Aguakan, is there any other way instead of using Mexican cc? I haven’t been able to make payment with CC in Us.
